Beberapa hari yang lalu waktu beli cereal untuk cemilannya Faatih aku pilih koko kruch, sekalian biar bisa praktekkin cookies ini. Pertama kali ngeliat doggies cookies ini dari postingannya mba Yulyan. Lucu banget cookies ini, penasaran juga sih jadinya ama rasanya. Berhubung bentar lagi puasa terus lebaran, pasti pada pengen nyobain cookies yang baru juga dong, hehheee. Cookies ini enak, ada perpaduan crunchy dari koko krunchnya dan melted banget di adonan cookies juga chocolate chip nya. Love it,,,. Resepnya aku dapat dari blognya mba Yulyan Parwati. Berikut resepnya:
Ingredients:
180 gr butter, soften at room temperature
105 cereal baverage with mung bean flavour (yesterday i used corn meal or polenta)
200 gr top flour or cake fluor (yesterday i used kunci biru)
25 gr corn fluor
2 tbsp milk powder
come chocolate chips (yesterday i used semi-sweet chocolate chips)
some chocolate rice
some koko krunch
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 140 degC. Line baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
2. Sieve together top fluor, corn fluor and milk powder.
3. Cream butter and cereal for about 3 minutes at low speed (i only use whisker), do not over beat.
4. Put in fluor mixture, then beat about 1 minute until you get the form dough.
5. Devide dough into 10 gr each. Put 3 pieces chocolate chips into each piece of dough and roll it into balls.
6. Insert 2 pieces of koko krunch to form the 'ears', 2 pieces of chocolate rice for the 'eyes', and 1 of chocolate chip in the center for the 'nose' form.
7. Bake at 140 degC for about 25-35 minutes, depneding on yout oven. It may takes longer.
8. Leave to cool on the wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
