Rich Dark Chocolate Tart

Pie Crust:
200 gr all purpose fluor, shifted
100 gr salted butter/margarine/shortening
50 gr castor sugar
1 egg, beaten
Mix all the ingredients using food processor or just mix it by hand. Chilled the dough before rolled and pressed it onto the 20 cm pie pan. Bake 170 degC for 20 minutes. Don't forget to put some beans onto the pie shell to prevent it rise while baking.

Filling:
225 gr  fine dark cooking chocolate
150 ml fresh cream
150 ml fresh milk
2 egg, beaten
vanilla extract

Bring fresh cream and milk to boil. Remove from the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until melted and incorporated. Then add the beaten egg and vanilla extract. Pour onto the already baked pie shell, then return into the oven 160 degC for 20 minutes.

Remember not to overbaked the filling. The center should be still soft and gooey. Cooled the tart before refrigirated for at least 3 hours, before serving.
