500 gr plain flour (aku pake all purpose atau protein sedang)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
300 ml lukewarm water
65-125 ml extra virgin olive oil (aku pake 110 ml)
topping:
250 gr daging giling (tumis, beri sedikit garam dan merica) asingkan
1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris-iris
120 gr keju cheddar, parut
40 gr keju edam, parut
200 gr keju mozarella, parut
paprika
pasta tomat
garam
oregano bubuk
direction:
1. combine the flour and salt in a large bowl. make a well in the center and add the yeast, water and olive oil. leave for 15 minutes.
2. with your hands, stir untul the dough just hold together. transfer to a floured surface and kned until smooth and elastic. avoid adding to much flour while kneeding.
3. brush the inside of a clean bowl with oil. place the dough in the bowl and roll around to coat with the oil. cover with a plastic bag and leave to rise a warm place until more than doubled in volume, about 45 minutes.
4. devide the dough into 2 balls. preheat a 400 F/200 C
6. mulai kasih topping, kalo aku urutannya, kasih pasta tomat, terus garam dan oregano, terus daging giling, terus bawang bombay, baru paprika (kalo pake), baru keju cheddar, keju edam, terakhir keju mozarella (jadi 2 pizza ukuran 25 cm yaaa)
7. bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes.
