Tiramisu


Bahan:
16-20 buah ladies finger biscuit
1 cup coffee mixture (aku pake nescafe 2 in 1 sachet)
Cocoa powder
Tiramisu Cream (inspired by Gordon Ramsay)

Tiramisu Cream:
200 ml whipped cream, kocok hingga kembang, cooled in the fridge
450 gr mascarpone cheese
25 gr icing sugar


It's important to set a bowl and beater in the same temperature with the cream, so leave them in the fridge at least for an hour before you use them.

Pour mascarpone cheese in a medium bowl, softened using spatula, add 2 tbsp of coffee mixture to  mascarpone cheese. Set aside.

In a cooled bowl, pour cream and icing sugar, mix until stiff, then add the mascarpone mixture.

Prepare the ladies finger biscuit, pour a little bit of coffee mixture (i use cooking brush), add cream, then make another ladies finger biscuit layer, pour with a bit of coffee mixture, add another cream, you can make another layer as you wish, on the top you can use a piping bag to make a dot and dust it with a cocoa powder,, keep it in the refrigirator before serving...
