Martabak Bolu

martabak bolu with cheese,, lebih tipis, tp lembuttt bgt ketimbang martabak biasa, breakfast yukkk,,,

berikut resepnya ya:
125 gr terigu protein sedang
30 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt garam
175 ml susu cair
1/2 sdt ragi instan

semua bahan diatas dikocok dengan mixer atau whisker hingga halus dan rata terus ditutup, biarin 45 menit-1 jam

2 butir telur
50 gr gula pasir
kocok hingga gula larut, tambahkan 1/2 sdt baking soda,, campurkan ke adonan tepung, kocok hingga rata dengan whisker,, biarkan lagi sekitar 10 menit. lalu panggang di kompor dengan menggunakan double pan atau teflon atau cetakan martabak yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu,, gunakan api kecil aja (aku api 2) selama lebih kurang 15 menit,, martabak ini tidak menghasilkan lubang yang banyak seperti martabak manis biasanya,, tapi hasilnya lembuttttt bangetttt,,,

setelah bagian atas tidak basah lagi, angkat,, olesin mentega atau butter (manteb banget kalo pake unsalted butter el virre),, belah 2.. trus kasih isinya,, mau keju,, meises,, atau selai nuttella di mix ama creamy butternut juga uenakkk,,, jangan lupa dikasih susu kental manis (kalo nutella ama butternut aku ga pake skm lagi),,, udah,, tinggal slurrrpppp,,,

selamat berkreasi,,, :)

Faatih 1st Birthday Cake

ini banana chocolate cake nya,,,


our 3rd anniversary cake

kalo yang ini cake anniversary aku dan hubby yang ke3,, base cakenya africain gateu dari resep NCC http://www.ncc-indonesia.com/detail.php?aid=473,, ini setengah adonan aja,,, kecil mungil utk keluarga kecilku,,, semoga kami menjadi keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah and barokah,,, aaammminnnnn,,,

Bahan A:
20 btr       kuning telur
5 btr        telur utuh
200 gr       gula pasir
20 gr        emulsifier

Bahan B:
125 gr       tepung terigu
50 gr        coklat bubuk
25 gr        tepung maizena
1 sdt        baking powder

Bahan C:
200 gr       mentega, lelehkan
2 sdm        pasta coklat Black Forest

Cara membuatnya:
  1. Campur semua bahan B, ayak, sisihkan.
  2. Kocok bahan A sampai mengembang dan kental, masukkan bahan B sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga rata. Tuangi bahan C, aduk rata.
  3. Tuang adonan kedalam 5 atau 6 bh loyang ukuran 22x22x4cm yang sudah dipoles mentega dan dialas kertas roti. Panggang dalam oven suhu 180’C selama 25 menit, atau sampai matang. Angkat. Dinginkan.
Penyelesaian: taruh satu lembar cake diatas alas kue poles dengan vla vanilla (lihat resep Kue Sus isi Vla), tumpuk diatas satu lembar lagi, poles lagi dengan Vla, begitu seterusnya hingga semua tertumpuk. Bagian atas taburi coklat bubuk. Potong pinggiran cake supaya rapi.
 
Vla Vanilla Bahan:
2 btr kuning telur
50 gr tepung Maizena
500 ml susu segar
75 gr  gula pasir
1 sdm rhum (optional)
Cara membuat:
  1. Cairkan tepung maizena dengan sebagian susu, kocok lepas kuning telur, satukan. Sisihkan.
  2. Didihkan susu dan gula pasir sambil diaduk hingga gula larut. Tuang larutan tepung maizena, aduk cepat dan rata, biarkan mendidih sekali lagi. Angkat.

Chocolate Banana Cake


ini resep dari joy of baking juga (http://www.joyofbaking.com/ChocolateBananaCake.html),, gulanya aku reduce sampai setengahnya,,, pernah bikin whole cake,, tapi akhirnya lebih favorite ngebuatnya jadi cupcake,,, uenakkk tenan,,, ayo dicoba,,,



Chocolate Banana Cake:
2 cups (400 grams) granulated white sugar
1 3/4 cups (245 grams) all-purpose flour
3/4 cup (75 grams) unsweetened cocoa powder (regular or Dutch-processed)
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium sized bananas)
1 cup (240 ml) warm water
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) corn, safflower or canola oil (or other flavorless oil)
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache Frosting:
8 ounces (227 grams) semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
3/4 cup (180 ml) heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon (14 grams) unsalted butter



Chocolate Banana Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and place rack in the center of the oven. Butter, or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) pan. Set aside. 
In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another large bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, water, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir, or whisk, until combined. You will notice that the batter is quite thin. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.  
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack. When completely cooled, frost with the Ganache.
Ganache: Place the chopped chocolate in a medium sized stainless steel, or heatproof bowl. Set aside. Heat the cream and butter in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat (can also be heated in the microwave). Bring just to a boil. Immediately pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. When Ganache has completely cooled, beat until soft and fluffy (I use a wire whisk). Then spread the frosting on top of the cake. Can garnish with dried banana chips.
Serves 16 people.

Note: Kalau tidak akan diberi topping ganache ataupun butter cream, sebaiknya gula dikurangi sedikit saja atau tidak sampai setengahnya, karena bisa jadi kurang manis. Tetapi semua kembali ke selera masing-masing ya moms :)

Anniversary Red Velvet Cake

Red Velvet cake,,, very tempting to try this one,,, alhamdulillah sukses juga,,, senengnya,,,
buttermilknya aku ganti yoghurt,,, and gulanya juga aku kurangin jadi setengahnya,,,

Red Velvet Cake:

2 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (15 grams) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) tub of Mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (115 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
1 1/2 (360 ml) cups cold heavy whipping cream (double cream) (35-40% butterfat)
Red Velvet Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter two - 9 inch (23 cm) round cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (about 1-2 minutes). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.
In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.
In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter. 
Working quickly, divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, lifting off the pan. Once the cakes have completely cooled, wrap in plastic and place the cake layers in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight). (This is done to make filling and frosting the cakes easier.)
Cream Cheese Frosting: In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to spread. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.
Assemble: With a serrated knife, cut each cake layer in half, horizontally. You will now have four cake layers. Place one of the cake layers, top of the cake facing down, onto your serving platter. Spread the cake layer with a layer of frosting.  Place another layer of cake on top of the frosting and continue to frost and stack the cake layers. Frost the top and sides of the cake. Can garnish the cake with sweetened or unsweetened coconut.
Serves 10 - 12 people.

Lapis legit Kukus

(ini resep ny.Liem ya,,,)

bahan I:
12 butir telur
5 kuning telur
500 gr gula pasir
1/2 sdt garam
20 gr cake emulsifier (tbm/sp/ovalet)
3/4 sdt vanilli bubuk

bahan II (campur dan ayak):
285 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
60 gr susu bubuk full cream
1 1/2 sdt baking powder

bahan III (kocok hingga mengembang):
175 gr mentega
200 gr margarine
3 sdm susu kental manis
sedikit pewarna kuning

bahan IV:
15 gr coklat bubuk
1 sdt bumbu spekoek

CARA:
1. campur dan kocok bahan I hingga mengembang dan kental
2. masukkan bahan II sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata. tambahkan bahan III, aduk perlahan dengan menggunakan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
3. siapkan loyang yang berukuran 24x24x7 yang terlebih dahulu telah diolesi dengan minyak dan dialasi kertas roti
4. ambil 2 sendok sayur adonan, ratakan di loyang lalau taburi dengan bahan 4. kukus selama 10 menit hingga matang.
5. lakukan hal yang sama hingga adonan habis,,, dinginkan lalu sajikan.
